Take on the role of a homicide detective as you track down an enigmatic killer who leaves cryptic puzzles on the bodies of the victims.
How are the victims related?
Where will the killer strike next?
At the heart of this mystery lies the Order of the Rose and an artifact that can change the world.
Follow the clues and remember to keep your wits about you in Order of the Rose, a thrilling Hidden-Object Puzzle Adventure game.
Honestly, I'm a bit bored about HOPA games because the themes cute, sweet, supranatural, blablabla.
So when I play this game, I'm so excited.
I feel like a homicide detective.
That's way I really don't care how dark the scenes when I want to pick something or even the hidden object.
I just enjoy this game.
Some puzzle make me think really hard to figure it out.
And now I hope there's a sequel or prequel for this.
Rated 5 out of 5 by centauri272 from Better than I first thought!
Actually I liked this game!
There is a lot to do.
There are many HOS but you have also to find objects anywhere in a location.
I like it that you have to look everywhere.
The mini-games are sometimes challenging game order of the rose really interesting.
The graphics are very clear.
Without skipping, it took me a bit more than 3 hours.
All in all, a different kind of game.
Rated 5 game order of the rose of 5 by pcpat923 from Far Superior to Most BFG Games!
You are the Detective and must scour every inch, every crevice of every scene.
Although there are hidden objects, the puzzles and putting together the pieces of this game plays very similar to a condensed Adventure game.
Oh, the cries of anguish to have to think puzzles through and have to actually look for hidden objects!
And, what, no built-in strategy guide?
The killer has a reason and these are not just random killings.
You must find this monster quickly.
Thanks and kudos to Gestalt Games!
About ready to give up on BFG's mindless array of games that aren't games, but merely lessons in boredom!
As HOG lovers even become bored with their own genre in locating hidden objects because Devs make games too easy and gamers become accustomed to everything front and center, bold and in color.
Close your eyes and click away!
The game will be won!
After playing eye-candy games--one half of scissors, the other of scissors, the rivet--woe is me!
Finally the meat and potatoes is served up through "Order of the Rose".
An immediate purchase for me!
This was such a surprise this morning!
If I could change one thing about this game it would be to take away the sparkles indicating a HOS.
Other than that, just perfect!
The graphics are crisp, clean, realistic.
The HOS are items that are appropriate to the scene.
No radios in the pond, link pineapples under the bathroom sink!
The puzzles are actually harder than most!
This game takes some time to play, as many inventory items are behind, under, or hidden in some way.
This gives the player credit for some brains, as you don't stumble over that pair of scissors you need, or just happen to see a hammer hanging on a branch.
Things are much more like real life!
This is the first time I bothered to make a review other than on the game forum page, but this game is worth so much more than the current 3 stars!
What's not to love?
Rated 5 out of 5 by Jeriann64 from order of the rose Didn't know whether I was going to like this game or not.
The graphics are outstanding as was the music.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kimmycoo from Pretty Good game The snow in game order of the rose game is what led me to buy this one!
I really enjoyed the puzzles, the hidden object scenes, I am so happy to have a story line like this one, I like when it involves real life stuff like cops and people, I am sick of fantasy land.
The music drove me crazy in a bad way on this game.
Otherwise I loved the graphics, I really felt I was immersed into a real police case, and I loved the ending.
To be as simple as the game is, it rocks for its time.

You get all this and more just during the hour-long demo of Order of the Rose.
Storyline: Shadows on the wall of a terrible struggle.
Blood splattered on the t.
A news report of a murder - a notable.
You are a homicide detective called in to investigate what will ultimately be not just a murder for murder's sake, but the beginning of a series of murders that follow a mystery into a famous artifact.
Are you up to the job?
Can you solve these murders?
What or Who is the Order of the Rose?
They leave their calling card behind every scene - a red rose in the clutches of the poor victim.
Looks like a game that was hand-drawn.
Not up to the quality of today's games.
But, that could be done on purpose as the seedy motel room looks exactly like that - a dark, dreary, seedy motel room.
Sound: The background was really unnoticeable to me - so, obviously, not annoying.
There are sound effects.
Game Play: Wend your way through each murder scene, collecting clues, finding answers in hidden places.
Covering not just the room but the other rooms as well.
The corridor, outside and in the back alleys.
Clues to this case can be found anywhere and everywhere.
There are 2 modes of difficulty - casual and expert.
You get a journal that has notes and clues - read it often.
The hint button is really very helpful, although you may get frustrated with "there is nothing more to check this out here".
There is no map although one would be handy as there is a LOT of going back and forth, especially to the same areas multiple times.
You are on your own.
This Glam-ma LOVED that you were really on your own solving these cases.
You really had to have your wits about you.
Reminded me of my favorite game of all time sorry, can't say what it is - but there is a clue if you can find it - lol.
If you murder, mystery, mayhem and having to use your brain instead of being handheld through a game, you will enjoy Order of the Rose.
I encourage everyone to try the demo - it's free and only an hour of your time.
This is going on Glam-ma's wish list.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Powrtoc1 from Like game order of the rose modern day version of the movie "The Name of the Rose" Great storyline!
Sean Connery played the monk detective in the above movie, and I could see him as the detective in this game.
This game is a good one for murder mystery fanatics.
It's also pretty straight forward and if you like repeat HOS a good one for beginners.
To me, the game felt shorter because in the repeat HOS, finding some of the same items again.
I would not recommend this game for younger children because of the depicted murder scenes.
Rated 4 out of 5 by OzGuy from A Nice Enjoyable Game.
A Nice Attempt At Being Hot On The Heels Of The Criminal, But The Repetition Of The HOG's Later In The Game Became A Bit Tiring.
Also A Bit Too Linear In A Few Places.
A Good Value For Money SE Game, Even Better Value On A Deal Or Voucher.
Rated 4 out of 5 by kirni from At last a game order of the rose of new Hidden Object!
Great that there´s coming new sorts of Hidden Object games!
I really liked that the items weren´t so easy to find, that it wasn´t so obvious where to find them.
A bit more challenging, https://casinos-list-win-free.site/the-game/witch-house-the-game.html not too much.
Even though I prefer fairytales and not so much criminal stories, I found it amusing to play this game.
